- We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on products that are returned within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be in a “as-new” condition and unsoiled to be refunded or exchanged. Refunds are provided minus all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will only be given once the product has been returned.
